» About this Agreement.

The Petaling Scouts Online v5 Forum and the Portal is here on referred to as "Forum". The Scouts Association of Petaling District, the Scouts Association of Petaling District's IT Officers, the creator of the Forum (Administrator), the Global Moderator and/or the Moderators are herein referred to as "we", "us" and "our".
This Agreement (Forum Terms of Use) is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations as well as ours, in relation to this website (www.petalingscouts.org) and the services offered through the Forum.
This Forum is a free service provided by The Scouts Association of Petaling District. By registering to this Forum, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated here, and you reaffirm that Agreement every time you use it.
Usage of this Forum includes, but is not limited to, the following: posting of messages, sending of Private Messages, posting in the ShoutBox!, customising of Account Profile, voting in polls and any other interactive functions available in the Forum.

» Registration.

You agree, with your Scout's Honour, to complete the registration form by providing us with your current, complete and accurate information.
You must be a registered Scout of the Scouts Association of Petaling District.
We HIGHLY recommend that you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
After submitting your application to register, kindly be patient while we review your application. We will notify you of our decision via email.

» Your Account.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You are also entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
Please remember that any information you disclose in this Forum becomes public information and can be used by people you do not know.
