Happy Founder's Day! Monday, 22nd February 2010 We celebrate Founder's Day today, and for those not able to, they celebrate it over the weekend. What do we celebrate? We celebrate the birthday of the founder of the Scout Movement, Lord Baden-Powell of course. Why? Because it was his ideas and wisdom that brought on the movement, the life which we have come to love today. Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell left behind a message before he passed away.  Summary We are Scouts from the District Scouts Association of Petaling. We are located in the state of Selangor Darul Ehsan, in Peninsular Malaysia. Demography Our district consists of two zones, which are Petaling Utama and Petaling Perdana. The total population of both zones is over 200 Scout Groups.
